Marble Etch Removal & Polishing In Birmingham

Cleaning Time Birmingham were called out by Mr Heath regarding his bathroom Marble floor that had been badly damaged by acidic shampoos and body washes. He wanted us to restore & polish it back to almost new again and obviously get rid of the etched marks on the tiles as you can see form the picture below. We knew this would be an easy task for us as we has the correct knowledge, training & skills to restore this back to life again.

Once quote approval, Mr Heath booked us in to get the job done for him. We arrived on morning of the job and wasted no time in getting to work, we began by deep cleaning the floor to wash away any excess products and grit within the floor. We then began to grind away the etched area using a 200 grit diamond pad which is grinding and honing the stone and we went through a 4 pad system building up to 300grit which is a high polish finish as you see in the picture above. Once doing this and rinsing the floor, we applied a protector on the marble to protect it from future etch marks. Mr Heath was over the moon and couldn’t believe how good it came up!
