Different steps we take on cleaning process to achieve great results
1.We respectfully request that the flooring area to be cleaned and restored is completely empty of all furniture, unless by previous arrangement
2.On arrival we carry out a full risk assessment, then discuss any issues.
3.The first stage of the process is a full audit of the flooring highlighting and identifying any possible pre-existing damage or problem areas that will require special treatment.
4.When happy we mask up and protect all areas, skirts etc. as prevention is always better.
5.We then fully clean the stone with relevant stone cleaning products
6.We then neutralise and fully dry the areas
7.We then seal the flooring to a gloss, natural (matt) finish or a colour enhancing impregnator as applicable.
